NETWORK TICKET PRICE CHANGE
Dystopia Rising LARP News (link)with price change announcement & more

Dystopia Rising Georgia’s Elected Ticketing Plan

In regards to the DR Network announcement about price increases, DRGA has elected to make the following choices.

Dystopia Rising Georgia will be offering discounted tickets when the network wide increase is applied for October games forward.

  • The sale price for DRGA tickets will be the equivalent increase of only 5 dollars on the current ticket price prior to the Network change. This will allow us to address royalties and stay relative to our playerbase.

  • We will be removing 2 hour shift ticket from our menu, and sliding those allotments to offering more opt out tickets. We do this based on data and player feedback. Min cast tickets are purchased when opt outs are sold out and we are regulary asked if we can add more Opt out tickets.

  • New Player tickets will remain discounted to $0 for first registered game whether there is a guide referral or not. The "you should know a pal" to get a free first game ticket is not our vibe. We want to see if we can scare you (in a good way) to come back!

We have come to this decision for our local Georgia branch, as a way to account for these changes in the network and to stay operative in our local market.. When future changes to our ticket prices occur, we will of course communicate them with plenty of advance notice.

Starting October 1st, 2023, DRGA prices will be as follows (discounted)

  • The 4-hour (standard) casting ticket will be discounted to $70

  • The 2-hour (minimum) casting ticket will be unavailable.

  • The casting opt-out ticket will be discounted to $105.

  • The 6-hour (maximum) casting ticket will remain the same price, at $45.

  • The 10-hour day ticket (with 2-hour casting) will remain the same price, at $35.

  • Online event tickets will be increasing from $45 to $55. (to date DRGA has no online events plannned)

  • New Player (first game) tickets will remain the same - $0 for first registered game with or without guide referral.

POLICY CHANGE - 3/23

Arriving at camp - Due to F.D.Roosevelt GSP checkin policies. We ask that players please do not arrive at the group campsite before 5pm.

05/14/2021 National Network News:

We have an important safety notice from our Risk Management Team Jeff Southern with input from Damien Burke:

We at Dystopia Rising are proud of upholding our safety standards, and are always looking to improve those policies. Unfortunately the brand "Headshot" does not currently meet those standards, and we strongly recommend they not be used at any Dystopia Rising events. Should the brand "Headshot" change their products to be more in line with our safety standards for foam projectiles, we will be happy to re-evaluate their use in our game. Please refer questions to Jeff Southern at customerservice@dystopiarising.com.

This is a ball ammo brand for Rival Nerf guns.

12/27/2021 January Game venue announcement

Heya folks we have some important news,

As most of you are aware, we keep an eye on Covid trends in the US to determine if each scheduled live game would be a safe option for the players and staff.   We have been watching local data closely and in the last week see a record upsurge trend in the data (see images attached of Dec 21 and Dec 27).  Taking into consideration that these numbers do not include the expected bump in cases with holiday travel and looking at the large trend predicting population data(see image of NYC area data Dec 27) we think that to hold a live game on the weekend of January 7th would not be feasible and too much of a risk to the health of our community both DR and at large.  As such, we will be moving the January venue to virtual on Discord.

This is still going to be a pretty great game. The writing staff has quickly risen to the challenge and already has neat stuff cooking up that will make this game amazing in the classic DR:GA style that we all love so much. The logistics team is kicking it into gear like the well oiled machine they are to make sure you and your toons can get to this virtual game.  We also know our players have spirit to keep the story going no matter where it is held and against any obstacle.  We are looking forward to seeing you safe and healthy.

Never played our virtual game?  Let’s hope that this is one of your last chances!  Check out how to play here:
https://dystopiarisinggeorgia.squarespace.com/config/pages

Now, what does that mean for players who have already bought a ticket?
Everyone who has already bought a January game ticket will be sent a refund within the next 24 hours.

Learn more about virtual and purchase tickets to the January game here: https://dystopiarisinggeorgia.squarespace.com/config/pages

What if I already signed into the database?
A new virtual event has been created in the database and will be open for check-in 1/28 at midnight.  Please check-in there.  Announcements for mod sign ups will be sent out via fb group and Discord server post when they are available.

What about cards and materials still in LIT?
We will be using LIT during this game. Hybrids are the way to go! We trust our players to play with item cards for weapons, armor, gizmos and such that they have. If you are crafting in game, materials will be coming out of LIT and items created will be listed there just.

9/21/2021 - Fractures; Setting the database and mechanics straight

In Today's News, the character database now handles tracking your Fractures (and the Mind Pool reductions) in case you don't get them resolved before end of game! This will also show up on character sheets, to help while you're at game and don't have a web browser handy. https://community.dystopiarisingnetwork.com/.../2021.../1272

And of course, Pre-Registration is still open for our October 1-3 Virtual game! https://www.dystopiarisinggeorgia.com/virtual

Spread the word, please!

Since this was also asked, here's some information about Fractures that you may not realize!

Fractures do NOT automatically disappear at the end of game. They were never supposed to. Word of mouth information has spread over the last 2 years that Fractures are supposed to automatically fix themselves at the end of the game event; this is not correct. If anyone has specific wording (a screenshot and page number would be lovely) that supports that interpretation, I (and a lot of other Gamerunners) would love to know about it!

Fractures need to be resolved using the normal In-Game methods of doing so, such as the Social Influence or Necrokinetics skills. However, and this may be part of the cause of the confusion over the years, one of the options set forth in the Rulebook states that the player (with the Fractured Character) may choose to have a single Fracture be resolved over multiple resolution sessions, each of which are separate skill uses, which may be spread over multiple game events if they so choose. Ultimately, it's up to that player to decide when their fracture is resolved, which is how it should be. (Note: The character does not have to decide they feel better about how they view the world; just the player behind the character gets to decide when that RP direction has been re-adjusted)

Example1: PC gets a Fracture, and 2 hours later sits down with someone using Proficient Social Influence, decides it's resolved, and everyone goes onward and upward.

Example2: PC gets a Fracture, but spreads out their Social Influence "therapy sessions" over multiple games before the player decides the character has re-adjusted to life in the Wastes. Character's personality re-aligns to some semblance of the usual normal.

Example3: PC gets a fracture, and gets it taken care of by someone using Necrokinetics or Social Influence, but even after the player has decided the Fracture is resolved and the character is "better adjusted", it still stays a relevant changing force in that character's RP and story.

All of those are super valid ways of going about dealing with Fractured characters. The end-of-game auto-resolution interpretation was not only unintended, but also created a rule loophole that has sometimes been a problem.

Side note: Just in case anyone needs it and wants to re-read that section, the link to the Rulebook is here: https://www.drivethrurpg.com/.../Dystopia-Rising...
(Thank you DR:WI for sharing this post with us)

September 7, 2021 -Going Virtual for October 2021 - Fighting the Infection

So what is going on? Well, though we had planned to go live in October, after looking at the data in regards to infection rates and other factors, we are deciding to run October 2021 as a virtual event. The long and short of it is this decision was made keeping the safety of our players and their friends and family in mind.

So what did we look at?

In the words of 2.0, SCIENCE! Specifically in these ways:

How the Delta and Mu variants that are spreading are different, and specifically how it interacts with the vaccinated.

GA hospitalization rates being the highest ever.

GA has a higher infection rate by population than all but one surrounding state and has a lower rate of full vaccination..

How absurdly quick the situation changed from July when we decided to go live, and to where we are now.

The trends we have noticed after looking over the data.

So where does that put us?

We will continue to watch and act accordingly as we look to hosting our events live in the future. Do we want to run around in the woods and fight zombies with y’all? Hell yes, but we want to make sure that when we do, we are doing it safely.

Stay safe friends so that we can scare the wits out of you when it is safe to do so! In the meantime, we continue to plan it.

- Caryn and Jonathan

And now, some data!

DATE ANNOUNCEMENTS - August 5, 2021

Announcements!

Hey folks, we’ve got a lot going on in DRGA for the next few months, so make sure to review the upcoming events, including the one you’ve all been patiently waiting for (subject to our COVID guidelines below)! Read on…

First off, our next virtual game is set for August 20-22, 2021. Tickets are available now! Experience excitement galore! Come experience the end of… Ah, not yet…

That next Saturday, August 28th, we’re looking at a DRGA outing to Six Flags! (Though players from other games are more than welcome to join us). We will ride the rides, see the shows, and consume park food with your friends. Further particulars will be released as they are finalized.

The weekend after that is Dragon Con (Sept. 2-6)! While DRGA isn’t planning an official showing at the con, we are hoping to schedule a meetup for all the people who do show up. We hope to get the word out about Dystopia Rising, and there may even be a chance to earn some sweet, sweet CAPS.

Two weekends after that, on September 18th, we are planning HUG N’ THUG! We’ll be meeting at Blackburn Park (3501 Ashford Dunwoody NE) for a get together for you to hug the players you’ve been missing, then beat on them with your boffers while we try and get back into fighting form. Come show your friends some love with a hug and a swift weapon strike.

And then, DRGA RETURNS TO LIVE GAMES!!! You read that right, October 1-3, 2021, marks the return to live games! We’re looking forward to seeing everyone at A.H. Stephens State Park to pick up where we left off at the end of the August game, but this time face to face.

Please understand, though, that all these events following the virtual event August 20-22 are subject to how things progress with COVID. We understand there may be some trepidation about returning to live games, especially with current news as it stands. Our decisions on how to proceed will be based on science, and will be made in consultation with CDC Guidelines, medical professionals, other game runners, epidemiologists, and you, the players. At this time we believe an acceptable threshold is 40% full vaccination and less than a 3% infection rate in Georgia and bordering states where players live or travel through before holding a live game. All the data on COVID infections are in a constant state of flux, though, so we will adjust the plans above as new information is received. Even if we do a live game, though, it will always be up to the players to choose to participate as they feel comfortable.

Back to Live FAQ - DRGA style.

What factors were taken into consideration to go live?
We are making decisions based on statistics and science..  We realize that information regarding the state of pandemic is ever changing as well as different at very local levels.  We will make decisions with research (vaccination and infection rate statistics, CDC guidelines), consult with other game runners, medical professionals and epidemiologists and most importantly listen to our player base.  At this time we feel that in conjunction with on site sanitation and safe practice policies, a 40% full vaccination or more, with a less than 3% infection rate in Georgia and neighboring states where players may live or travel through is acceptable to return to live games.
We recognize that this data is flux and if changes in the pandemic stats change, so will our plan.  We also recognize that this may not be to everyone's comfort level.  That will be respected and just like our local “nope out” mechanic in game, players have agency to participate at their comfort level without question of judgement.

What are the pandemic procedures as safety precautions?

- COVID RULES will be the same as FL with a few GA specific changes as we watch our numbers and local risks, as well as venue and time specifics to be added as we get closer to date.Vaccinations, health and Safety Link
- Covid prevention practices and plans have been made in regards to sanitation, distancing, masks etc, and are changing as studies and reports of how to keep people safe emerge.  To avoid confusion, they will be released at a later date, closer to the event with enough time for people to make informed decisions.

When can I buy tickets?
If not sooner, tickets as well as check in in the database are available the Wednesday following the previous event.  Watch social media and website updates and availability.

Have ticket prices changed?
Live ticket prices have remained the same.
$0 - New Player, first game
$35 - 12 Hour Day Pass (10 hr play, 2 hr Casting)
$45 - Max (6hr) Max Casting (limited quantity)
$65 - Standard (4hr) Casting
$85 - Minimum (2 hr) Casting (limited quantity)
$100 - Opt out (0 hr) Casting (limited quantity)
$0 - Full Casting Weekend

How do I purchase an Advanced Membership?
Good question, because if you want to play or collect XP on  more than one character, you need Advance Membership that is always available on the Dystopia Rising Georgia website.

Can I buy back missed games and is there a difference between virtual and live, and how do I do that?

That is an easy question with lots of answers.  Yes, all 3.0 home games are available for buyback whether they were live or virtual as well as the optional XP for any game that a ticket was purchased for on the Dystopia Rising Georgia Website.
Homegame tickets- Yes! retro buyback is available for all 3.0 games on the Retro Buyback ticket page on the website.
Traveler tickets - Sorry, retro buyback for travel game tickets is not a thing.
Homegame extra XP - Yes!  This is available for all 3.0 games that you have a ticket purchased for.  This is available on the Retro Buyback ticket page on the website.
Traveler game extra XP - Yes!  If you bought a travel game ticket, retro Buyback XP can be purchased for those tickets.

Extra XP = $15 per XP, cap of 2 per ticket.  Note that if you are buying back XP from a game held between March 2020 and June 2020, the sale price of $7.50 per XP, cap of 4 per ticket.

What are Live Game Ticket Prices and where do I get one?

What are the new policy/rules changes (foam weapons/blueprints/combat/etc.)?
There are many improvements, clarifications and policies being worked on the Network and Local levels, too many to name and list here, but we will keep you informed.  Watch this space and social media for network and local posts.

- Safe Weapons - Watch for a post and a link in this spot in the near future with the new Network guide on Nerf guns and foam blaster, accompanied by the newly rewritten DRGA Weapon Guide.

- Blueprints - There is an overhaul going on right now to balance and edit blueprints.  At first this was scheduled to be released at the end of July, but is taking some extra time to dig into them a little deeper for the better.  Watch for Network wide release along with guides and other instructions if these changes affect characters from both Network and local levels in the near future.

Will LIT continue to be used?
An excerpt from the official stuff that went out to game runners:
“Every branch has until the end of 2022 to get all virtual inventory out of LIT.

  • LIT will continue to be used in the future virtual events.

  • Each branch will be allowed one virtual event per year going forward, at their own discretion.”

Can I use cards that are in LIT at live games?
Yes, this is encouraged in DR: GA events.  Players can use materials out of LIT without physical cards.  We see this as a win/win for players to reduce inventories, their characters do not have to build lock boxes or carry 5 lbs of cards in supply bags, and the posties don’t have to rely on wasteland medicine techniques to cure carpal tunnel.

How do I get my cards out of LIT?
More, straight from the official stuff that went out to game runners:

“Virtual Player’s home games will write cards from LIT through their branch-specific system.

Each branch has been asked to create a system for players to communicate the cards that they anticipate needing during each live event. The implementation and lead times are branch specific.”

DR: GA is still working on their system (google form) and will announce it with plenty of lead time for players to communicate and with a cut off to allow lead time for game runners to write cards prior to game,

How to fix inventory issues in LIT?
Each branch has been asked to create and post a system for players to communicate inaccuracies and for the branch to investigate and fix any within a reasonable amount of time.  DRGA has a google form in the works that will be posted on our website and in social media as soon as it is completed.
Please be patient with us as we wrap up our last virtual game.  After that, we can give this attention and it will be as easy as telling us what went wrong and where with our handy dandy google form.  We can fix it from there.

Are there any rerolls?
Probably?!  Please watch for posts.  In the past, anytime there was a major change in the game, players were allowed to rewrite if those changes affected their character.  There are many changes to game materials and skills coming down the pipeline.  We expect Players will want to make some sheet changes.  However, we are going to hold off on starting that timer until all the information that could affect your toons is out and in effect.  Once we resume live games locally, we anticipate there will be a defined period of time and changes for rewrites.  If this is not defined Network wide, DR: GA will define it locally when it resumes live games.

What do I do with CAPs?
The Network guide and menu of CAPs was overhauled and distributed.  It can be found here.  But in we have our own plans to add ways to earn and cash in on top of that locally.  Watch for a DRGA/FL CAPs Guide and menu coming soon to add local flavor from the input of our player base.

Who do I email with questions?
Contact@DystopiaRisingGeorgia.com

Can I change home chapter & how?
Absolutely.   Please email your current branch so that they can fulfill that request by changing the home chapter in the database and CC the branch you wish to call your future home to let them know you’re coming!

Can I be a new Guide/Writer or return to my past position?
After our August event, please watch for Guide (Ops, rules/safety, post, etc…) and Writer applications on the website and announced.on social media.
At that time, everyone who wishes to apply for positions in the next year may do so, whether current or new, as all contracts (Staff, Writer, Guide) will need to be rewritten for live games.

9/17/2020 - Nobody is Perfect - a message from the Dystopia Rising Georgia Team

The Dystopia Rising community is dedicated to making a safe, happy and fun environment for everyone. We are also aware that everyone makes mistakes. It is high priority to learn from those mistakes, grow and be better, so if you see something that is an issue, we ask that you make your game runners aware, don’t assume they already know, and don’t assume it was on purpose. This also goes for the people who manage the community. If you see something, tell us and we promise to address all concerns as best we can.

Everybody shambles and we all make mistakes. But how we choose to act or react when things go wrong is a responsibility that if not done right, can be harmful to each other and the community. To publicly air grievances, criticism or vent about bad or dangerous behavior of another player on social media is not reporting a problem. It does not get the word to those who could fix the problem and could not only be harmful to each other and the community at large, it could be against the Dystopia Rising Community Guidelines of naming and shaming. Conversations are encouraged. Reporting is encouraged. But, negativity without a goal of improvement pulls the whole community down.

There are several ways and steps of making game runners aware when issues within the community happen that are counter to the goal of having a safe, happy and fun community environment for everyone.

Signal is Coming Though...Loud and Clear

I know it has been quite some time since our last update.

And...

We have had an interesting year to consider and discuss and deal with in regard to...well...everything.

What does that have to do with DR?  Well... a lot.  We have been focusing on back end aspects and figuring out how best to move forward with online events in the various aspects they provide.

Here is where we are going in the months up ahead.

We will be forming the Rules Council, a group of players and employees selected by the owners and myself to give discussion and guidance to topics brought up.  It will be led by Jeff Thelen.  They will provide recommendations on a variety of topics to myself and Michael Pucci, who will then make the final decision regarding what needs to occur.  Sounds a bit toothless.  Not at all.  The goal is to provide voices with a stronger avenue of feedback then just through the owners as had previously occurred.  We want this council to represent every voice.  Feedback is important, here is one way we are trying to improve it.

Then, new prints.  We are starting to put together the team to work on and build out new prints.  We will be taking submission for some ideas in the forums and look to the forums for how to be involved and with whom.

As for prints... 2.0 was molded by the prints.  I estimate roughly 75% of the rules players were using, were print specific.  We had over 1000 prints in 2.0.

We will absolutely be aiming to bring back some of the feeling of 2.0 play, style, and theme with 3.0 prints.

Look for a much bigger update and explanation of our process on this as we get it started.

Lastly, but not least, I have been reaching out into the community to find folks I need to help with various aspects of this community.  Here is a list of them and how they are helping currently.

Lauren Demers - Customer Service and all-around knower of things

Jeff Thelen - Rules Council Leader and Killing Blow pure-ist

Phil Grau - Online Story and event assistant (all around helper too)

Alisha Broxton - My partner in the real world, and all-around helper with keeping me organized

Keri Rico - My Roommate, and logistics expert extraordinaire

Rob Marshall - Database and tech assistance and currency hunter of all things DR

How will you know you are interacting with someone on this above team?  Well... they will have an @Dystopiarising.com email. All in all, the above folks help me out on various tasks that I need a little push in from time to time to get done.

 Now...finally, the rules updates.

 A couple of simple things.

We heard you all.  Killing blow is back.  All we kindly ask, is make some cool death scenes happen like some SAFE video game style animations when you go to commit the action.  We will remind y'all of this when live games return.

We've added a new lore.  Lore: Abberants.  For psionic research and plot stuff.  :)

Basic Education now clearly spells out that you are not required to have it to read, write, basic math, or other basic understanding of how things work.  That's now a character choice.  Why the change?  Like the above two, feedback.

And finally... this one requires some talking points.

We are in the process of looking at how mind and body scale in relation to damage and skill expenditure.

While our first steps are to get out new prints, and re-examine the threat book, we are aware that the feeling of body and mind to cost at a certain point is a LARGE concern for the player base.  We hear you.

This is our first tweak in that direction we are going to take.  The rest... well... we have to wait to test in the field.  Which means... waiting till we can safely test it.

Theory crafting and discussion are fine and good, but we want to see how it works out.

These changes mean that at some point, we will be offering another minor rewrite for players who had skills affected by this change, for those skills and skill trees.

Questions, comments, etc.?  Hit them up in the forum.

https://community.dystopiarisingnetwork.com/

Remember, online games combined with the stress of the world right now is making things difficult for everyone. Check in more, check in often, and raise each other up. We’re all in this together.

Love and best wishes,

Kyle

The following are updates now available (8/26/2020) in the newest rule-set available at:

https://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/274527/Dystopia-Rising-Evolution-Larp-Evolved

  •   Killing Blow: When you “kill” an enemy in game play, they will fall to the ground and begin Bleed Out. In order to hurry up this Bleed Out, which varies between Lineage, Zombie, Raider, and creature, you can step over to within 2 feet of the fallen enemy and after waiting 3 seconds with your weapon poised to strike declare “Killing Blow.” This will immediately end the enemy’s Bleed Out timer and cause them to perish. Keep in mind that when you state “Killing Blow,” you should mime a killing strike. Don’t actually hit the person, but feel free to swing your weapon toward them or point your firearm at them while declaring the words. In addition, make sure to state “Killing Blow” after waiting 3 seconds; don’t try to rush to do it as quickly as possible.

A Killing Blow can be stopped by doing damage to the individual attempting a Killing Blow, striking the melee weapon or brawler of a person poised to do a Killing Blow, or by use of items that state they can be used to interrupt Killing Blow.

  • Lore: Abberants: This Lore covers knowledge about psionic mutations that exist within Lineages, Raiders, Zombies, Animals, and Technology. While the scope of knowledge and understanding of how faith and psionic phenomena occur is incredibly limited, individuals with this Lore can often identify commonly recurring psionic effects and investigate locally occurring unique psionic mutations.

  • Basic Education: With this skill, an individual has been educated in the fields of reading, writing, mathematics, and received minor training in more specialized fields of study. This skill is not required for understanding simple addition, subtraction, reading, or other forms of basic knowledge. Players may choose to have not learned these base engagement skills if they feel it is appropriate for their character’s background. They may also choose three Lores from the list in the section “Lores” below. Lores are used to unlock plot cards with extra information on them in play. In addition, many blueprints are reproduced using this skill (specifics are listed on each individual blueprint).

EXPERIENCE POINT COST OF PURCHASING BODY & MIND

  • Mind points refresh at midnight and noon (referred to in Dystopia Rising as “the 12s”). Unexpended mind points do not carry over before and after the 12s for any reason. Mind points are the only pool that refresh at midnight and noon.

  •  Body, Infection, and Resolve do not refresh at the 12s. Recovering Body requires in-character mechanical engagement via skills, items, or plot mechanics. Resolve is recovered by either in-character mechanical engagement or at the start of an event. Infection can only be regained by in-character mechanical engagement combined with expending 10 experience points to purchase an additional Infection (more on this under “Buying Infection”).

4/1/2020 Virtual Events

SECOND EVENT ANNOUNCED - After all the fun we had with putting on our first virtual event last weekend, we are proud to announce the date of our second virtual event - Saturday, April 25, 2020. Tickets and Self Check in are now live.

DATE CHANGE - Please note that this is a date change from the cancelled live event.

VIRTUAL RECORDS - Recording activity from our virtual events is new for all of us and might need some explaining and patience.
Skills learned will be added to sheets as normal if they were recorded by our postie in the virtual post office.
Any items spent or issued from post and mod loot will be recorded in the Player Notes section of online characters sheets in the database.  These will be updated as an ongoing record, to track items spent and earned for the duration of virtual events attended. When we go back to live events the items that remain as unspent will be issued at your home game.

Updated 4/6 - Virtual game inventory records can be found in player bio section and will not printout on player sheets.

3/16/2020 - March 27 event weekend cancelled due to CoVid-19

We are sure that although disappointing, it may not come as a huge surprise that we need to cancel our live event, at AH Stephens, scheduled for March 27-29, 2020 due to Covid-19.
We wanted to get you notice of the cancellation as soon as possible
We have talked through some options on alternate plans and ways to play, but we want to get them ironed out before sharing (Including decisions on refunds, non-attending, and online story, etc).

We have some ideas to keep you rock and rolling! Keep your ears to the Signal in the next day or so, Ponce might have a message...

- The number of XP applied per Retro non attending ticket varies according to the total number of home games attended by each character.

In the case of home events - that includes attended, non attending and retro non attending tickets. For travel games, the game must have been attended. 3/8/220 DRGA and Chapter agency

Over the next three to five months, there will be a lot of discussion on changes to the game and community. However, some changes need to be properly finalized before we announce them. One such change is the idea of Chapter Agency.

Chapter Agency is the idea that we, as the ones running Dystopia Rising: Georgia, have the agency and time to review new content that could apply to our chapter. This affects but is not limited to; national systems, roll outs, plots, logistics, and licensing content that is related to Dystopia Rising but available to players on other platforms.

What this means is that every Dystopia Rising Chapter will be somewhat different, even though there may be quite a few similarities. Games will not be like fast-food chains where the menu is standard across the country. They will be closer to the idea of local diners, with classic staples alongside tasty local options.

With that comparison in mind, we will do our best to keep you up to date with our “menu” in a timely manner. Strange, new, and exciting dishes are always on the horizon!

2/25/2020 - DRGA Feb/Mar Specific

This weekend's game falls on a mixed month. For simplicity sake we are going to ignore the change of month on Sunday pretend that it is still February. Your item cards and all cards that expire in February will still be good. February items will still be acceptable at the post office. To round this out, all items issued from the post will also share that reasoning and be issued as if Sunday were February.

2/12/2020 Evolved Book Update

The Evolved Rule book was updated and released on February 12, 2020. This is the latest version and will be used in DRGA games until further updates.

2/11/2020 Blue Hue Goo

Clarification. The wearer of the item Blue Hue Goo is universal receiver of faith calls, not a universal donor. Per Evolved guidebook, skill calls are made to one faith, e.g. “Final Knights” or society name in the case of some skills, by the caller. They affect members of that faith or society and anyone wearing Blue Hue Goo.
