Buy Lists (Sailing, Criminal Influence, and Trade Connections) are subject to change. 

There are two ways to buy items off the buy lists at DR:GA

POST - the post has a limited buy list an supply of each item on the lists.

NPC - NPCs may have buy list items for sale. They may be obviously selling or you may have to ask.
