Description: Overfarming of specific herbs has caused difficulties in finding them.

Mechanics: When an herb is Overfarmed, farming the herb now takes 30 minutes. The amount can't be increased or the time reduced by any means. This effect lasts for 6 months. This mechanic typically only applies to plot-specific herbs.
